1. In order to speed up the packaging speed of the warehouse, MYBEST will limit the collection of each order to no more than 20 sellers' parcels, and will not accept subsequent combined order operations.
If there are more than 20 seller packages, please order separately.
2. During the peak period, if the user needs to make adjustments after the order is packaged, such as adding packages, repacking, or other secondary operations, they must wait for the warehouse customer service to help deal with it when they are free.
3. At present, the air freight orders of the Guangzhou Container Transport Warehouse are normally packed, and the orders on the same day can be packaged and shipped on the same day, and the packaging is not affected by Double Eleven.
4. At present, the packaging of seaborne orders in the Guangzhou Container Shipping Warehouse is slow. Affected by the volume of double eleven, seaborne orders have been slow to package. It is expected that all accumulated orders will be cleared in the next 5 days and normal packaging progress will resume.
5. The shipping self-pickup service will resume on December 15th, and the price will be adjusted from RM3 per kilogram to RM4 per kilogram.
6. If users need to receive sea parcels before the Spring Festival, our company predicts that the sea parcels paid for shipment before December 28 are expected to receive the parcels before the Spring Festival.
