All the staff of MYBEST China and Malaysia thank you for your support and tolerance to MYBEST in the past year.2020 is an extraordinary year. In the face of the epidemic, the increase in air and ocean prices, and the various impacts of the epidemic on the timeliness of freight, we are facing the challenge of warehouse efficiency during the peak period of Double Eleven; but our company Knowing that all these challenges will give us a greater indicator of MYBEST's future service improvement.In 2021, we will continue to work hard to improve the warehouse service level, strengthen the delivery cooperation of various delivery companies in Malaysia, and introduce more economical and preferential freight channel options to benefit more users.Our 2021 New Year's Day holiday arrangements are as follows:China warehouse:December 31, January 1, January 2: There are personnel on duty to operate, sign for, and pack; but not to ship.January 3: The Chinese warehouse resumes all normal operations, signing, packaging and delivery.Malaysia Customer ServiceJanuary 1: One day off without duty, and normal work will resume on January 2.In 2021, MYBEST will continue to work hard to evolve the MYBEST ordering website, strengthen the humanized services of the Guangzhou warehouse, strengthen the overall time efficiency, and improve the quality of customer service in Malaysia!Even if there are unpleasant things in 2020, we will let the unpleasant things stay in 2020, and in 2021 we will forget the old and welcome the new together.Thank you in 2020, keep working hard in 2021!
