1688 Shipping to Malaysia for Wholesale Orders
Wholesale buying on 1688 means many cartons from many suppliers, and freight cost adds up fast. The MYBEST Guangzhou warehouse receives goods from different suppliers, loads and unloads them with forklifts free of charge, and ships them together to Malaysia by Cubic Sea Freight or Sea Express once everything has arrived. Here is how 1688 goods get into the warehouse, which channel to choose, how it is billed and which support services we offer.
Receiving 1688 goods in Guangzhou
- The warehouse loads and unloads with forklifts and charges no forklift fee.
- There is no check-in or parcel fee, and goods are stored free for 90 days (after that they are destroyed without notice).
- Each checked-in parcel shows its received weight and a photo of the packaging, so you can check every supplier’s goods.
- If a supplier delivers in person without a courier tracking number, ask them to write your member code on the goods and to get the check-in number the warehouse gives the driver; you then add the parcel with that check-in number.
Choose the channel by volume
| Volume | Suggested channel | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Under 0.5 m³ | Sea Express / Sea Express Self Pickup | Cubic Sea Freight bills at least 0.5 m³, so small loads are cheaper by Sea Express |
| 0.5 m³ or more | Cubic Sea Freight (tax included) | Billed per m³, same rate for normal and sensitive goods, duties and clearance included |
| Commercial cargo over 1 m³ | Bulk consolidation / full container | Commercial cargo minimum 1 m³, up to 3 waybill numbers |
| Urgent samples | Air Express | Normally 3–5 working days after payment |
Channels, billing units and destinations are taken from the MYBEST rate table as of 2 Nov 2026. Rates change, so check the price page or the shipping calculator; subject to actual billing.
How Cubic Sea Freight is billed
Cubic metres = L × W × H (cm) ÷ 1,000,000. Heavy cargo over 500 kg per cubic metre is billed by actual weight instead. Cubic Sea Freight to Malaysia includes duties and customs clearance, and the rate includes delivery but not remote-area, sea-crossing or carry-upstairs fees.
On West Malaysia Cubic Sea Freight, pesticides and fertilisers, cosmetics, liquids, electronics, food, branded goods, medicine, supplements, tiles and stone, paint, tyres, claw machines, game machines, e-bikes, motorcycles and ATVs count as sensitive goods and cost the same as normal goods. E-vehicles and special machinery need an extra clearance fee, so ask before shipping.
