• 2011 MYBEST was founded in 2011, starting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. — MYBEST focused mainly on the China-to-Malaysia international shipping market. As online shopping became more familiar and widespread among Malaysian users, MYBEST's strong reputation in Malaysia attracted a large number of customers.
• 2012 Began developing MYBEST.COM.MY, an all-in-one e-commerce shipping platform — As times advanced, the growth of the internet helped us continually improve service efficiency, and we used it to expand into countries worldwide. From 2012, our team began developing an easier-to-use website system — MYBEST.COM.MY. MYBEST.COM.MY provides users worldwide with an all-in-one e-commerce shipping platform; with its convenient, easy-to-use system loved by users, MYBEST.COM.MY caused MYBEST's global user base to surge.
• 2013 MYBEST expanded into China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia and more — To meet the service needs of our many users, the MYBEST team drew on extensive industry experience to build dedicated shipping lines for more countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Australia, creating more value for MYBEST users. The daily volume of order parcels handled by the Guangzhou warehouse of Mybest (MYBEST's China branch) also grew with our global users, and the Mybest Guangzhou warehouse was expanded twice within the same year.
• 2014 MYBEST Malaysia officially launched Malaysia-to-China export service. — The Mybest Guangzhou sea-freight warehouse was expanded, and both the sea-freight and air-freight warehouses upgraded to a better storage management model. In November 2014, MYBEST Mybest's air- and sea-freight warehouses comfortably handled the entire surge of Double 11 shipping orders, delivering more efficient service to users.
• 2015 MYBEST Kuala Lumpur warehouse was also upgraded and expanded — As Malaysia-to-China export volume grew, the MYBEST Kuala Lumpur warehouse was upgraded and expanded. The Mybest Guangzhou air-freight warehouse also expanded its premises again as volume rose. MYBEST Mybest always cares about and meets users' service experience; in 2015, the golden age of WeChat changed the communication habits of 800 million people at home and abroad, so the Mybest China team developed a WeChat ordering platform, making it more convenient for MYBEST Mybest users to order via WeChat and on mobile.
• 2016 MYBEST continued to develop Malaysia-to-China shipping opportunities. Malaysia has many local products that can be exported to China, as well as goods that need to be sent back to China for repair.
• 2017 As MYBEST's two-way China-Malaysia shipping gained market recognition and success, MYBEST continued to develop shipping channels to more countries, no longer limited to China alone. Malaysia export services now cover Southeast Asian countries such as 🇸🇬 Singapore, 🇨🇳 China, 🇭🇰 Hong Kong, 🇲🇴 Macau, 🇹🇭 Thailand and 🇻🇳 Vietnam.
• 2018 MYBEST earned the trust and support of Malaysian users 🇲🇾, and our shipping volume from China 🇨🇳 to Malaysia kept rising. So the 🏢 MYBEST Guangzhou warehouse expanded and relocated to a larger one, while combining ✈️ air-freight and 🚢 sea-freight parcels into a single warehouse operation, giving users an even more convenient consolidation service.
• 2019 💡 In 2019, MYBEST considered whether the consolidation market could offer even more affordable shipping, so we began exploring whether 🚢 sea-freight self-pickup was feasible. The market response exceeded our expectations: MYBEST's sea-freight self-pickup at just RM3 per kg was loved by users. — 📍 The first sea-freight self-pickup point was KEPONG JINJANG, and in the same year we opened a second one at PENANG JELUTONG to benefit Penang users.
• 2020 😷 A year when the pandemic struck suddenly; in the first half of 2020 face masks were extremely hard to find. MYBEST helped users in both 🇨🇳 China and 🇲🇾 Malaysia ship masks, and also helped Malaysian users import masks from 🇻🇳 Vietnam and 🇹🇭 Thailand to meet urgent needs. — 🎁 In 2020 MYBEST also gave away face masks to those in need, contributing our small part.
• 2021 🚪 2020 to 2021 were years of lockdowns — closing and reopening, again and again. — 🤝 In 2021 MYBEST donated food to the underprivileged, doing our part for society. 🇲🇾 Many poor families in Malaysia were affected, unable to work or feed themselves, and at the time some households even raised the white flag to call for help.
• 2022 🌅 As Malaysia gradually rose from the challenges of the pandemic, our nation's resilience became ever more evident. With borders reopening and industries recovering, people's purchasing power surged. 📈 In 2022, MYBEST reached a milestone achievement, surpassing the records of the past decade. This was also our 🥳 11th anniversary, marking ten years of growth and success!
