Taobao Shipping to Malaysia (Consolidation and Buy-for-Me)

Most Taobao sellers only ship within China. MYBEST gives every member a personal Guangzhou warehouse address: enter it as the delivery address when you order on Taobao, and we sign for, weigh and photograph each parcel as it arrives. How to fill in the warehouse address

After you sign up, the member centre lets you copy your personal warehouse address in one click. Both the recipient name and the street address contain your member code, which is how the warehouse claims your parcels, so copy it exactly and do not remove it. For the Taobao region picker, choose Guangdong Province, Guangzhou City, Baiyun District.

The Guangzhou warehouse handles both air and sea freight. Food that must stay frozen (for example seafood or ice cream) goes to our -18°C frozen warehouse instead; every other parcel goes to the Guangzhou warehouse.

Add your Taobao parcels quickly

One-click shipping: with the MYBEST Chrome extension installed, add parcels to MYBEST straight from your Taobao order page.
Excel bulk add: download the Excel template in the parcel centre, fill in the tracking numbers and upload it.
Auto check-in: with auto check-in switched on and the address in the correct format, parcels are checked in automatically when they reach the warehouse.
A parcel the seller shows as delivered is normally updated to checked-in within 2 hours; if it is still not checked in after that, contact customer service.

How Buy-for-Me works

After you submit the product links, the amount to pay is normally calculated within 4 hours; if the item has a discount price, the discount price is used.
Once you pay, our buyer places the order straight away.
When the seller ships to the warehouse, the Buy-for-Me order turns into a consolidation order automatically; you pay the international freight after the warehouse packs and weighs it.
If items are missing, damaged or not as described when you receive them, contact the buyer or customer service within 12 hours.
Prohibited items cannot be purchased. If you only need purchasing without international shipping, leave a China address in the order note.

Air or sea for Taobao parcels?

Choose air for urgent or small items: they normally arrive 3–5 working days after payment. Choose sea for heavy, bulky or less urgent items: they normally arrive in 12–16 working days, every sea channel is tax-included and normal and sensitive goods cost the same. Frequently asked questions

Is there a warehouse check-in fee?

No. There is no check-in or parcel fee for air or sea parcels.

How long can parcels stay at the warehouse?

The Guangzhou warehouse stores parcels free for 90 days; after that they are destroyed without notice, so ship in time.

Can I see the weight and photos after check-in?

Yes. Each checked-in parcel shows its received weight and a photo of the outer packaging; if a photo is missing, ask customer service.

Can I sign up without a referral code?
